Community Sales Manager in Winterthur

Overview

In this role you will oversee day-to-day center operations and lead the service experience at Regus centers. You will guide the center team, ensure service standards, and explore additional business opportunities. You’ll handle customer inquiries, complaints, and events to foster a welcoming, productive environment. • Operational responsibility of the site
• Technical leadership of the center team in day-to-day business
• Ensuring the center standard
• Minimization of accounts receivable and development of potential additional business or services
• Provide customer support and ensure top-notch service and high levels of customer satisfaction
• Customer complaint handling or escalation to the responsible manager
• Organization/coordination of events and community events
• Responsibility for all operational and administrative customer and center issues
• Handling of daily customer inquiries
• Communication with landlords, suppliers and internal departments
