IXM’s expert local teams provide global coverage for tailored sourcing, risk management, logistics and financing solutions to its wide network of clients in the metals industry. /p pWe are looking for Consolidation and Reporting Analyst to join us in Geneva, Switzerland. /p h3Main Responsibilities /h3 ul liTake part in monthly, quarterly and annual closings at entity and consolidated level. /li liCoordinating the monthly closing process, from local reporting packages completion to intercompany reconciliation, regional follow ups, preparation of IFRS financial statements and review of monthly consolidated figures: /li liSet-up the consolidation system monthly (review of top entries to carry forward, fx rates, opening of the periods, etc.) /li liManagement of IFRS 16. /li liPreparation of the forex and finance costs review. /li liMonitor and analyse consolidated figures monthly and prepare specific analysis report: working capital, stock, cash cycle … /li liCoordinate and support the intercompany reconciliation process. /li liEscalation and explanation of the intercompany differences. /li liReview the reporting disclosures monthly and quarterly: taxes, ageing… /li liRegular review the full IFRS reporting disclosures. /li liPrepare analysis and presentation for the various stakeholders on an ad-hoc basis /li liImprove consolidation system and initiate corrective actions. /li liSupport the design and implementation of accounting policies to be C-SOX compliant. /li liPrepare the statutory financial statements under Swiss CO and IFRS for various entities /li liPrepare the annual IFRS consolidated financial statements with the notes /li liSupport Geneva team during annual IFRS audit and statutory audit /li /ul h3Education, Skills and Experience /h3 ul liMaster’s degree or higher in Economics, Accounting, Finance or another relevant field /li liMinimum 4 years’ experience in relevant finance role – experience in a big 4 is a plus /li liTechnical knowledge related to both IFRS and consolidation aspects /li liGood knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and financial applications (HFM and Dynamics 365 would be a plus) /li liStrong verbal and written communication skills in English /li liAbility to be flexible, to adapt to challenging deadlines and business demands /li liAttention to detail and problem-solving skills /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
