What You’ll Do
Be the face of our brand in Germany’s wholesale and distribution space.
- Develop and execute a powerful go-to-market strategy tailored to the DACH market
- Strengthen and expand our relationships with key accounts, retailers, and distribution partners
- Collaborate cross-functionally with international teams (Product, Marketing, Ops) to roll out impactful local campaigns
- Stay ahead of the competition—analyze trends, spot shifts, and shape strategy accordingly
- Deliver on growth targets, track key metrics, and report results directly to senior leadership
- Represent the brand at industry events, client meetings, and trade fairs across Germany

- Proven B2B sales success and sales strategy experience.
- In-depth understanding of Germany’s wholesale and retail distribution landscape
- A strong network of industry contacts—and the ability to turn conversations into contracts
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and partnership-building skills
- Business-level fluency in German and strong English communication skills
