We are looking for a Digital Consultant to support our automotive clients in the Switzerland market . This is a client-facing role focused on helping automotive dealerships make the best use of their websites, digital content and online marketing activity.
The ideal candidate will be confident working with customers, organised in managing multiple accounts, comfortable with digital platforms, and interested in the automotive industry.
The RoleAs a Digital Consultant, you will work closely with automotive dealerships to support their online presence, improve website content, coordinate digital marketing activity and help clients drive stronger engagement and lead generation.
You will act as a trusted day-to-day contact for dealers, providing practical guidance, coordinating updates, reviewing website performance and ensuring that each client receives a professional and responsive service.
Key Responsibilities- Build strong and reliable working relationships with dealership contacts, including Dealer Principals, marketing contacts and website administrators.
- Support dealers in using their website platform, content tools and digital services effectively.
- Provide practical digital marketing guidance to improve website content, campaign activity, search visibility and lead generation.
- Review dealer websites and recommend improvements to content, promotions, banners, landing pages and customer journeys.
- Suggest new digital content ideas, offers and campaign opportunities tailored to each dealership.
- Coordinate with izmo’s creative, technical and support teams to deliver website updates, banners and digital assets.
- Monitor website activity and performance, and discuss results with dealers through regular calls.
- Proactively follow up with clients to ensure actions are completed and opportunities are progressed.
- Manage a portfolio of dealership accounts across the Switzerland market.
- Maintain accurate client records, activity updates and follow-ups in the company CRM system.
- Prepare clear monthly reports covering client activity, website performance, completed actions and future priorities.
- Travel occasionally to client sites in Switzerland as required.
- Experience in digital marketing, website management, customer support, account coordination or a similar client-facing digital role.
- Ideally 1–3 years of relevant experience, although candidates with the right attitude and strong digital understanding will also be considered.
- A marketing degree, digital marketing qualification or equivalent practical experience.
- Good understanding of websites, online content, digital campaigns and basic performance reporting.
- Comfortable speaking with clients by phone, video call and email.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain digital topics clearly and professionally.
- Organised, reliable and able to manage multiple client relationships and follow-ups.
- Confident using CRM systems, reporting tools and common digital platforms.
- Professional working proficiency in spoken and written German is essential.
- Swiss German would be a strong advantage.
- English language skills are useful for working with the wider international izmo team.
- Interest in the automotive sector would be an advantage.
