As a Product Manager in Low Value Payments, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.Job ResponsibilitiesDevelop a payments product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customersManage discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmapOwn, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value propositionBuild the framework and tracks the product\’s key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliabilityDefine and deliver the EMEA Payment Product strategy ensuring we achieve market leading and innovative capabilities with reduced risk and costs whilst driving increased financial profitabilityManage P&L (Profit & Loss) ownership including accurate financial planning and delivery against revenue and expense targetsDemonstrate a lead role in the payment industry through membership of industry working groupsUnderstand the risks inherent in the product and drive programs to reduce or eliminateHandle incident management in close collaboration with technology and client supportEnsure ownership of regulatory product compliance and scheme adherenceRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, and SkillsAble to demonstrate the relevant level of experience or equivalent expertise in payments product management or a relevant domain areaAdvanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analyticsProven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value managementExperience in leading a low value/SEPA payments product roadmapExperience with and/or prior collaboration with Sales, Service, Operations and TechnologyEffective change management and strategy management experience.
