As a Business Intelligence Engineer at Bank J. Safra Sarasin, you will work closely with business departments, analyze their requirements, and determine data reporting needs that support business decision making. You will be responsible for the delivery of reports and dashboards and provide insights through BI visualization technologies. You will be part of a dynamic team of highly qualified employees and will be encouraged to contribute your own ideas, continue learning, develop concepts, and put them into practice.

Recommend enhancements and modifications to optimize business intelligence processes
Develop product vision and data strategy
Monitor and troubleshoot daily data processing
Support strategic projects as BI specialist
Maintain documentation for all business intelligence processes
Your Profile
Higher education (university / FH) in IT Engineering, Computer Sciences, or Data and Analytics
5 years of practical experience in Business Intelligence; industry-specific knowledge is an advantage
Knowledge in Microsoft BI Development Suite (SQL Server (T-SQL), SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, Power BI) is required
A hands-on, autonomous professional with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of effectively weighing issues, setting priorities, and collaborating with various stakeholders
Fluency in English
