Your Role As CRM Assistant in Private Banking South Eastern Europe at Bank J. Safra Sarasin, you play a key role in supporting the Client Relationship Managers in Zurich in their day‑to‑day tasks and provide high level service to the Bank’s clients.
Your Responsibilities
Provide day‑to‑day support to CRMs in business activities
Daily management and monitoring of the client’s accounts: fiduciary deposits, overdraft, payment support, e‑banking access, credit card support
Prepare the daily, weekly, monthly reports as per guidance received from CRMs
Assist CRMs with regular processes such as account openings, KYC periodic review, internal client reviews, etc.
Client interaction for transaction processing
Dealing with internal and external policies and compliance regulations including FATCA, anti-money laundering (AML), MiFID, etc.
Other administrative tasks and ad‑hoc requests
Your Profile
University degree in Finance or completed Banking education
First relevant work experience in Private Banking
Excellent Microsoft Office skills, knowledge in Avaloq is an advantage
Ability to weigh problems and set priorities, excellent organizational skills
Strong work ethics, integrity and high level of accountability
Ability to work with various stakeholders
Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Fluency in English and Turkish; other languages are an advantage
