In-house Sales Manager (m/f/d)

Permanent employee, Full-time · JA Solar – Munich

Your mission

1. Order execution with all internal processes from PO to payment collection.
2. Assist Sales Managers in inquiries of stock, capacities, and production.
3. Follow-up closely on production planning and ensure production schedules are met.
4. Coordinate with other departments.
5. Issue documents for business with EU customers.
6. Monitor warehousing times in China and the EU, and manage release, pick-up, and delivery.

Your profile

1. Proven work experience of at least 2 years in in-house sales.
2. University degree or equivalent, preferably in (International) Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, Economics, Management, or PV.
3. Strong analytical, problem-solving, multi-tasking, and communication skills.
4. Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
5. Fluency in English and Chinese; German is a plus.
6. Strong intercultural skills and teamwork abilities.
