Your mission
- Serve as the customer claim contact person and conduct initial onsite technical failure analysis.
- Coordinate internal investigations into customer complaints to identify root causes and implement preventive actions.
- Provide local pre-sales technical support and serve as the technical contact for customer requests.
- Support sales and marketing teams with technical input.
- Report weekly activities and customer requests to senior management.
- Prepare technical product documentation and presentations, including technical translations as required.
- Attend shows and conferences to gather market trend feedback.
Your profile
- Education: Minimum a Bachelor\’s degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Physics. Technical understanding of PV modules and PV plants is required.
- Work Experience: At least 3 years of experience in the PV industry (solar cells, modules, or systems).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office.
- Languages: Fluent in English and at least one other European language, both spoken and written.
