We are looking for a new team member in the role of Master Data Manager (m/f/d) – 100%.
Responsibilities Define and implement master data governance, ownership, and control principles across SAP master data domains.
Lead data conversion activities, including data mapping, validation, cleansing, testing, and migration.
Manage the Non‑Conformance Management team, ensuring timely investigation, resolution, and systemic corrective actions.
Collaborate with functional and technical teams to establish workflows, approval processes, and conversion procedures.
Coordinate data quality improvement initiatives, migration readiness, and cut‑over activities while driving issue resolution and project execution.
Background Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, Data Management, or related field; Master’s degree preferred. 4–6+ years of experience in Master Data Management, Data Migration, Data Governance, ERP implementation, or quality systems within a manufacturing environment.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to challenge conventional approaches and develop innovative, out‑of‑the‑box solutions to complex business and quality issues.
Proven leadership experience managing cross‑functional teams and driving continuous improvement initiatives, including non‑conformance and corrective action processes.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; fluent in English.
Additional languages and Lean Six Sigma experience considered an advantage.
