For the team in Balsthal and Hägendorf, we are looking for a Support Technician I (m/f/d) 100%. Responsibilities
Ensure management of all user IT requests and incidents through the existing ticket management tool. Provide Level 1 / Level 2 support for company IT hardware (computers, peripherals) and business‑related software. Install and configure standard applications and collaborate with vendors for specialized production software. Support and troubleshoot IT‑related issues within the production environment, including manufacturing systems (e.g., MES, FDM) and connected equipment. Assist in CSV activities, including IQ (Installation Qualification) and ensuring compliance with GxP requirements. Perform and manage machine and system backups using Acronis, ensuring data integrity and system recoverability in production environments. Work closely with other IT professionals (including remote teams) to maintain uninterrupted IT services. Participate in regular training sessions to stay aligned with current technologies, compliance, and operational requirements. Manage IT inventory (hardware and software assets). Maintain and update IT documentation and knowledge base. Actively contribute to continuous improvement (Kaizen) of IT services and processes. Participate in IT and cross‑functional projects, supporting business and production teams. Profile
Completed IT training (EFZ or equivalent level), ideally with 2 years of experience in a similar role. Proficiency in using Windows‑based computers and Microsoft products in general, especially Microsoft Office and Outlook. Good understanding of Windows Server and network environments. Fluent in German and good knowledge of English. Reporting to: Sr. Information Technology Manager What we Offer
