Your Responsibilities
Proactively manage calendars for executives and team members, coordinating meetings and priorities seamlessly
Prepare and refine professional documents, presentations, and reports using the Microsoft Office Suite
Organize travel arrangements, including itineraries and accommodations
Support the local HR team
Maintain structured and accessible filing systems (digital and physical)
Act as a central point of contact, handling communications and ensuring smooth information flow
Support budget tracking, expense reports, and administrative financial tasks
Oversee office supplies and ensure a well-functioning workplace environment
Plan and coordinate engaging meetings, events, and team activities
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, providing professional support
Contribute to various projects and initiatives across the organization
Your Background
Relevant diploma; higher education preferred
2–3 years of experience in administrative support, ideally in a corporate setting
First experiences in supporting the local HR team
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
High level of discretion and professionalism
Proactive, service‑oriented mindset
Adaptable and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment
Fluent in German and English
