Together with leading international healthcare brands, we develop and manufacture innovative products that help improve patient health and quality of life worldwide. /p pTo strengthen our team in Hägendorf, Switzerland, we are looking for a full-time Process Engineer to join us on a permanent basis. /p pThis role offers a flexible hybrid working model with an attractive mix of on-site and home office work, with an immediate start or a mutually agreed start date. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 pThe successful candidate will drive process excellence by developing, optimizing, and implementing efficient manufacturing processes and controls that ensure product quality and operational performance. Acting as a key technical expert, this individual will support assembly and molding operations, troubleshoot process-related issues, lead continuous improvement activities, and contribute to cross-functional projects. Key responsibilities include: /p ul liDrives the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes to enhance quality, efficiency, and operational performance /li liLeads the implementation and optimization of new and existing production processes, tooling, and automation solutions /li liInvestigates process deviations, conducts root cause analyses, and implements sustainable corrective actions /li liPartners with production teams to solve complex manufacturing challenges and improve process stability /li liDevelops, validates, and documents new manufacturing processes while ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory requirements /li liIdentifies and implements opportunities to increase yields, reduce cycle times, and improve overall equipment effectiveness /li liEvaluates process and product risks and supports data-driven decision-making in a highly regulated environment /li liMaintains accurate technical and compliance documentation, including process validation and ITQ-related records /li liChampions a culture of safety, quality, and operational excellence across the manufacturing environment /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liTechnical background in Mechanical Engineering, Polymechanics, or a related field /li liFurther education (HF/FH) in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a comparable discipline is preferred /li liMinimum 3 years of experience in a Manufacturing or Process Engineering role /li liExperience in the Medical Device industry is highly preferred; experience in the Pharmaceutical or Watchmaking industry is also valued /li liUnderstanding of quality management systems and risk assessment methodologies /li liExposure to Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives /li liProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including advanced Excel skills /li liSolid German and good English communication skills /li liExperience conducting root cause analyses and implementing corrective actions in collaboration with production teams /li liHands-on experience with machining processes such as turning and milling /li liStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate process deviations and identify sustainable solutions /li liStrong sense of ownership, accountability, and teamwork /li /ul h3OFFER /h3 ul liProgressive employment conditions with long-term perspective /li liA responsible and varied job in a global company with a strong local presence /li liA high level of personal responsibility and independent work /li liA safe space for creative thinking and learning at the workplace /li liBonus system, extra vacation days and many other benefits /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
