Join Our Talent Acquisition Team! We are looking for an experienced and driven Regional Recruiter to help attract, engage, and hire top talent across our organisation. As a trusted partner to hiring managers and business leaders, you will play a key role in shaping recruitment strategies, building strong talent pipelines, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience. Key Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and hiring. Proactively identify and engage passive and active candidates through multiple sourcing channels. Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide strategic recruitment guidance. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements. Conduct candidate interviews and assessments to ensure high-quality hiring decisions. Drive a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Support recruitment projects, process improvements, and employer branding initiatives. Leverage market insights and talent trends to influence hiring strategies. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 8 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, including senior-level or hard-to-fill positions. Proven expertise in direct sourcing, talent mapping, and passive candidate engagement. Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, international environment. Proficiency with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Microsoft Office applications. Language Requirements Fluent German and English (written and spoken) are essential. Why Join Us?
