You will own the end-to-end deployment of autonomous AI agents for global freight forwarders, transforming manual workflows into intelligent systems. What You Will Do
- Lead end-to-end deployments for enterprise customers, managing everything from initial workflow mapping and agent configuration to production go-live and hypercare.
- Partner with engineering and product teams to integrate AI agents into complex legacy environments via APIs and provide critical feedback loops for product development.
- Drive large-scale adoption by training logistics operators and converting skeptical users into AI champions who rely on autonomous agents for daily operations.
The ideal candidate
- 2+ years of experience in implementation, solutions engineering, or technical project management, preferably within B2B enterprise software or AI-driven products.
- Strong technical baseline with an understanding of APIs, system architectures, and databases, enabling you to troubleshoot complex integration challenges independently.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with a proven ability to navigate large corporate hierarchies and drive consensus across diverse business and IT units.
