What You Will Do Manage and optimize the full P&L for Sales and Customer Success across all existing and new international markets. Lead and mentor country-level sales managers to ensure high productivity, pipeline health, and conversion optimization. Execute go-to-market strategies for new market launches, scaling the footprint from six to ten countries by 2028. The ideal candidate Proven experience managing commercial teams of 100-200+ people within a marketplace, lead-generation, or subscription business model. Deep expertise in building and scaling outbound sales machines that consistently deliver 30%+ year-over-year revenue growth.
