Job Description
As a Senior Field Solutions Engineer at RobCo, you will bridge the gap between advanced robotics and real-world manufacturing. You will lead the on-site commissioning of autonomous industrial solutions across Germany, translating complex 3D designs into functional reality. This role is pivotal in scaling RobCo’s innovative physical AI platform within industrial environments.

What You Will Do
- Lead the installation and commissioning of robotic automation systems at customer sites throughout Germany, ensuring seamless integration into existing industrial processes.
- Translate complex customer requirements and 3D designs into tested, robust automation solutions in collaboration with internal Solution Development and Technical Program Managers.
- Act as a key technical link by providing field feedback to hardware and software teams to continuously improve RobCo’s autonomous robotics technology.
The ideal candidate
- Holds a technical degree in robotics, mechanical, or electrical engineering with proven experience commissioning automation solutions or similarly complex industrial products.
- Is a pragmatic problem-solver who enjoys regular travel and thrives in customer-facing environments, delivering training and technical support through final acceptance.
- Demonstrates a structured work style with the ability to document technical knowledge clearly and communicate effectively in both German and English.
