The story begins
- Independently manage all HR-related topics – from onboarding to offboarding
- Prepare contracts, certificates, and references with precision and efficiency
- Provide expert advice to managers and employees on HR matters
- Contribute to exciting HR projects, with a focus on digitalization and automation
- Support the administration of operational time tracking
- Generate and analyze reports and statistics to enable data-driven decision-making
- Enhance the employee experience and boost departmental productivity by refining internal processes and advancing HR tools
Your proven path
- A completed commercial education, ideally with an HR specialization (e.g., HR specialist), and at least 3 years of hands-on experience in operational HR
- Solid knowledge of social security, payroll tax, and labor law
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- First-hand experience in project work, particularly in automating and digitalizing HR processes, is a plus
- Familiarity with HR software solutions such as ATOSS or HANSALOG is advantageous
- Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with people effortlessly – you thrive in a multicultural work environment
- A proactive, reliable, and accountable mindset with a strong sense of ownership
- A passion for digital tools and innovative solutions, along with the drive to actively shape and optimize HR processes
