Join us as soon as possible at our headquarters in Idstein as a Sales Operations Analyst (m/f/d).

The story begins:

  • Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI and other visualization tools.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership and other stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide ad-hoc analyses or customized reporting solutions to support strategic decision-making.
  • Manage and maintain sales data integrity within our ERP and other systems.
  • Contribute to sales forecasting and planning processes.
  • Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure data accuracy and system integration.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in sales operations and data analysis.

Your proven path:

  • Completed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Economics, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Sales Operations, Supply Chain Management, or Business Analysis, preferably in the consumer goods or outdoor/sportswear industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in data analysis.
  • Experience with large datasets and big data technologies (e.g., Snowflake, SQL).
  • Basic knowledge of Python is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Attention to detail and a high degree of data accuracy.
  • Experience with SAP S4 Hana and SAP Analytics Cloud is a plus.
  • Advanced MS Office skills.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken), additional languages are a plus.
  • Project management skills and experience in teamwork.
  • High motivation, adaptability, and a proactive attitude.
