You’ll manage a team of corporate and commercial lawyers, own commercial contracting end-to-end for European customers and partners, and support corporate governance and M&A activity. You’ll reimagine how legal operates by redesigning processes, adopting contract lifecycle management tools, AI-assisted drafting, and workflow automation, enabling the team to handle more volume with less headcount.
