You will draft, review and negotiate a wide range of B2B and SaaS agreements, advise on data protection, regulatory matters, and corporate topics while balancing risk with business objectives. Required: law degree, 2–5 years in-house or law firm, fluent German and English, strong negotiation and communication skills, and a pragmatic approach to legal risk.
