Overview
In this role you lead construction activities for major transmission and overhead line projects in Germany, coordinating civil works, steelwork, tower construction, and related disciplines. You will manage site teams, contractors, and interfaces with Project Management, Engineering and Planning to keep projects on programme. This is a chance to deliver real on‑the‑ground impact on critical infrastructure within a growing German operations team. You will shape delivery quality, safety, and client relationships in a challenging, high‑stakes environment.

- Coordinate civil works, steelwork, tower construction, power assembly and/or stringing
- Oversee programme, productivity, quality and safety
- Collaborate with Project Management, Engineering and Planning
- Resolve construction issues to maintain schedule
- Maintain strong client and contractor relationships
