Verantwortungsbereiche
- Own and manage end-to-end immigration processes for a portfolio of clients
- Ensure compliance with German immigration laws, regulations and procedures
- Lead complex and high-profile immigration cases and oversee budgets/profitability
- Monitor KPIs and SLAs to maintain service standards
- Serve as primary client contact with clear, commercially focused guidance
- Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and client experience
- Support business development activities, including tenders and client events
- Mentor and lead a team of immigration specialists
- Drive risk-management and confidentiality in client dealings
- Represent the firm at events and as a subject matter expert

- German-qualified lawyer with extensive knowledge of German immigration law
- Up-to-date knowledge of German immigration legislation and practice
- Experience managing large-scale, complex client programmes
- Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
