JAM Energy has been retained to identify a senior leader capable of helping an established international power infrastructure business accelerate its growth across continental Europe.
Germany will be central to that strategy.
We therefore want to speak with commercially strong individuals who genuinely understand the German high-voltage and electrical infrastructure market — its customers, contractors, utilities, decision-makers and routes to market.
The opportunity requires someone who can combine:
- Strong German market relationships
- HV/EHV or closely related power-sector knowledge
- Strategic business development
- Senior customer engagement
- Leadership and team building
- The energy to create something rather than simply manage an established structure
We are deliberately keeping the identity of our client confidential at this stage.
Your existing job title is less important than your capability and potential. We are equally interested in proven directors and exceptional senior leaders ready to step into a broader European position.
This could particularly suit somebody who has developed within the cable, transmission, distribution, grid connection, electrical equipment or associated power infrastructure markets.
Fluent German and English are required.
