Background
Reporting to the Global Mobility Tax Senior Manager, the successful candidate will assist clients with global mobility & expatriate tax compliance, from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include maintaining client relationships, selling services, and leading a team of mobility tax professionals.
Responsibilities
- Advising clients on global mobility tax issues such as tax residence, cross-border implications, social security, equity plans, taxable benefits, and assignment structuring.
- Leading a team of mobility tax professionals.
- Developing account strategies to enhance service satisfaction and product usage.
- Preparing client proposals and presentations.
- Participating in client meetings to strengthen relationships.
Candidate Profile
Applicants should have previous experience in global mobility, focusing on individual tax compliance. Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and portfolio management skills are essential.
