You lead the floor team with purpose, ensure a smooth and elegant service, and foster a sense of warmth and belonging for every guest. You help create a culture of care for the team, for the client, and for the details that The start date is scheduled for may. Responsibilities o Oversee daily floor operations with precision and calm o Monitor and optimize bookings, capacity, and guest flow together with Hostess o Supervise POS system and transactions for accuracy and speed o Foster a strong team spirit, ensuring fluid communication and mutual support between team members o Build and maintain genuine relationships with regulars and new guests o Support service during peak times with presence and care o Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety protocols o Address guest concerns with empathy and swift problem-solving o Contribute to revenue development, upselling strategies, and overall guest satisfaction What We’re Looking For o Minimum 4 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally in a high-end restaurant setting o Background in hospitality management or related training is a plus o A natural team leader: inspiring, supportive, and solutions-focused o Warm and confident communicator, with a strong sense of hospitality, charisma and emotional intelligence o Deep understanding of refined service and modern guest expectations o Experience with reservation systems, POS, and floor management tools o Fluent in French and English; Luxembourgish or other languages are a plus What We Offer: o Permanent, full-time CDI o Two consecutive days off/week o Attractive group benefits o Tailored onboarding and training o Career growth within a forward-thinking hospitality group
