jangled nerves - communication architects: We create experience design: spatial and media experiences and spatial communication for museums, exhibitions, themed spaces, showrooms, visitor centers, trade shows, and events. Our interdisciplinary team in Stuttgart and Shanghai specializes in the fascinating intersection of the physical and digital worlds. We bring together in-house expertise and services in strategic consulting, conceptualization, and design with those of a planning firm for temporary structures, museum design, and exhibition architecture, as well as production for film, media, and interactive experiences. As a Social Media Manager (m/f/x), you'll ensure that our management team communicates effectively and authentically on social media. You'll manage our relevant company accounts as well as our website. You'll handle awards and competitions in collaboration with the project teams and the Strategy Team.
Your Responsibilities
- Researching trends and planning and creating content
- Posting content to our social media channels (Instagram and LinkedIn) and assisting with website maintenance
- Creating photo and video content at internal and external events
- Analyzing and evaluating KPIs and preparing reports to further develop the channels
- Working closely with the strategy and design teams
- Supporting internal communication projects
YOUR PROFILE
- A college degree, e.g., in communication studies, communication management, marketing, business, or comparable, substantial professional experience or training
- Excellent German and English language skills
- Good knowledge of social media platforms, particularly Instagram and LinkedIn
- A good understanding of content, target audiences, and brand communication
- Basic knowledge of photo and video editing as well as content production
- An eye for aesthetics and current trends
- Ideally, some experience managing social media channels
