Your Tasks
- Administration, installation, configuration and further development of the existing IT infrastructure
- Support for client work environments and typical client software (MS Office package) including hardware and software implementations
- Resolving incoming IT faults, managing the internal support ticket system, error analysis and troubleshooting
- Introduction and technical support of software applications including documentation
- Collaboration in the evaluation, creation and implementation of IT concepts as well as process and workflow optimization
- Monitoring and updating IT security guidelines
Your Profile
- Completed training in the IT sector
- Confident handling of Microsoft technologies, Windows Server & clients, Office 365, mobile devices & iOS (laptop, tablet, smartphone)
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD as well as Sharepoint and Teams
- Knowledge of IT security (e.g. antivirus software, firewall, network)
- Service-oriented and responsible thinking and acting in a production-related environment
- Good knowledge of German and English
