Are you passionate about optimizing machine performance and reducing costs? Join our team as a Maintenance Planner, where you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining and developing our maintenance systems and managing spare parts processes. You’ll work closely with the Production Planning Department to create and implement yearly and monthly maintenance schedules, ensuring they are executed on time and within predetermined durations.
Position:
- Collaborate with the Production Planning Department to develop and execute annual and monthly maintenance plans for Maintenance and Production lines, ensuring timely completion, including outsourced maintenance.
- Enhance machine performance and reduce spare part costs by developing and maintaining effective maintenance systems.
- Oversee the maintenance and readiness of sub-assembly units by coordinating the maintenance team’s schedule and managing inventory for the mechanical and embosser rooms.
- Collaborate with the Production Planning Department to coordinate and evaluate outsourced maintenance activities.
- Support Advanced Spare Parts studies and balance spare parts inventory levels to achieve targeted cost efficiency.
- Participate in and lead safety, production performance, NTM, and tobacco yield and quality improvement projects.
Requirements:
- Practical experience in Maintenance Planning & Scheduling Daily Management System (DMS).
- Technical higher education.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and technical skills.
- The ability to set priorities, communicate with clarity, and lead training sessions.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP system (SAP preferred). Knowledge of Power BI would be a strong asset.
- Good English language skills. German language knowledge would be an advantage.
