Overview In this role, you integrate with the Global Financial Performance team to steer growth for Reduced Risk Products. You provide financial guidance for strategic decisions, build scenarios, and evaluate opportunities across a global landscape. You’ll consolidate planning, monitor profitability, and deliver insights to management, while driving automation and AI initiatives. Verantwortungsbereiche Partner with commercial teams to guide strategic decisions Develop financial scenarios for decision-making in a changing market Evaluate investments and contribute to business cases Coordinate planning with regional, market, and global stakeholders Consolidate and analyze business plans and financial submissions Monitor profitability and support performance management across markets Deliver financial insights and management presentations Analyze actual performance, identify trends, and provide recommendations Monitor inventory-related risks and support financial reporting Drive process improvements, automation and AI initiatives Zentrale Anforderungen University degree in Finance or related discipline Professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, CPA, or CIMA (preferred) Solid financial management experience with a track record of commercial engagement Cross-functional experience in an international environment English fluency Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills Analytical thinking with a commercial mindset Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills analytical thinking strong communication agility and flexibility MS Excel PowerPoint financial modeling
