Aufgaben
Advising
financial intermediaries on regulatory, legal and compliance matters
Establishing companies
for clients
Preparing and submitting licensing applications
Acting as AML Officer
as part of outsourcing mandates
Evaluate and implement AI solutions
in the area of compliance
Evaluate and implementing RegTech
software for clients
Drafting and reviewing policies
and delivering training
Coordinating with supervisory authorities
Co-developing JayBee
and contributing ideas for our shared success
Qualifikation
University degree or other higher education in law and/or compliance;
a Swiss educationis anadvantage
Relevant professional experience (2+ years)
Very strong understanding of compliance software (RegTech)
Very strong understanding of AI technology and its opportunitiesKnowledge of financial market regulation (in particular anti-money laundering)
Business fluent in English;
knowledge of a Swiss national language is an advantage
Committed, energetic, proactive personality ready to deliver above expectations
Independent, goal-oriented work style with strong attention to detail
Team player with strong communication, reporting & stakeholder management skills
Nice to have:
In-depth expertise in crypto and fintech
Consulting experience or experience in a law firm
Start-up experience
