With a competitive salary, great locations, and a supportive, people-first culture, you’ll have the space to take on meaningful challenges, grow your skills, and make a real impact in a fast-evolving industry.**About The Team**You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.**Your responsibilities*** Coordinate and monitor domestic and international transportation activities.* Plan transport schedules with carriers, freight forwarders, and internal teams.* Track shipments and ensure timely collection and delivery.* Resolve transportation delays, delivery discrepancies, and other operational issues.* Work closely with warehouse teams to coordinate dispatch and arrival schedules.* Maintain accurate transportation data, shipment records, and documentation.* Monitor carrier performance and prepare operational reports.* Identify opportunities to improve transport efficiency and service quality.* Communicate regularly with Mandarin-speaking colleagues and business partners.**Your profile*** Experience in transportation operations, freight forwarding, or logistics.* A qualification in logistics, freight forwarding, or a related field is an advantage.* **Fluency in Mandarin and a good command of English are essential.** German language skills are an advantage.* Strong organisational skills and a structured, reliable approach to work.* A practical approach to solving problems and managing changing priorities.* Good communication skills and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.* Confident use of MS Office, particularly Excel; experience with transportation management systems is a plus.*At JINGDONG Logistics, we’re committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone can thrive.
