Job Summary

JD.com, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient and accurate storage, retrieval, and dispatch of goods. This role is crucial for maintaining JD.com's high standards of logistics and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of warehouse associates, providing training, guidance, and performance feedback.
• Plan, organize, and monitor the receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods to optimize warehouse space and efficiency.
• Implement and enforce safety procedures and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and reconciliation, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
• Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory, process orders, and generate reports.
• Collaborate with other departments, including logistics, procurement, and customer service, to ensure seamless operations.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments, as well as equipment maintenance.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and provide timely resolutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Proven experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control procedures.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects as required.
