About The Team
You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Fully responsible for the daily management of delivery station:
- Build the in-house delivery station team, dynamically adjust the personnel structure, and provide training and empowerment for delivery station supervisors.
- Be responsible for the onboarding, assessment and experience management of DSP suppliers at the station, and evaluate and provide feedback on service provider iteration suggestions.
- Take charge of the daily standardized 6S management of the station to ensure that the office and operation environment meet the company's requirements.
- Formulate periodic optimization strategies based on various station performance metrics such as delivery success rate and re-delivery rate.
- Manage the daily external relationship maintenance and exception handling of the station (including interactions with landlords, property management and relevant government departments).
- Handle and report operation-related abnormalities in a timely manner.
