To support our continued growth in Germany, we are looking for a Sorting Center Manager (m/f/d) for our site in Oberhausen . Your Responsibilities: Full responsibility for the operations of the sorting center in Oberhausen, including people, processes, and performance Lead, develop, and motivate the on-site team (including shift leaders and operational staff) Oversee day-to-day sorting operations and ensure performance against KPIs (productivity, quality, safety) Drive continuous improvement and process optimization to increase operational efficiency and customer satisfaction Coordinate closely with Transport, Warehousing, and HQ teams to ensure seamless execution Implement new systems, tools, and processes into the daily operations Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and labor regulations Your Profile: Several years of experience in logistics operations, ideally in sorting, parcel logistics, or fulfillment Proven leadership experience in an operational role (e.g. as Shift Leader, Team Manager, or Site Lead) Hands-on mentality with strong process understanding Strong communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset Fluent in English and German What We Offer: A high-impact role in a fast-growing, international environment Autonomy and room to shape operations in a technology-driven company Career development within a global logistics network Competitive compensation and modern working conditions Interested?
