JD Ross is collaborating with a wholesaler in their search for a Sales Manager for the northern part of Germany. The company is operating throughout the whole Europe and the UK. The role is completely remote, will require visiting the office in Munich once or twice per month and you will be reporting to the Sales Director.
Responsibilities:
In this role, you will primarily focus on promoting photovoltaic solutions to distributors, EPC contractors and installers. It includes maintaining existing accounts, as well as, building new relationships. The role requires a lot of traveling and covering the northern area in Germany for proactively visiting customers.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant sales management experience (only B2B) within the solar sector.
- Proficiency in the technical aspects of the product; inverters, mounting systems, storage.
- A pre-existing network within the installer community would be advantageous.
- Educational background would be desired.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally for business purposes.
- Fluency in German is a prerequisite.
- Eligibility to work within the European Union is essential.
