Sales Manager - Germany - Remote - Microinverter Manufacturer

JD Ross is partnering with a prominent microinverter manufacturer in the solar sector as they seek an external sales manager for their team in Germany.
Our collaborator aims to broaden their teams across the whole of Europe, as the demand is growing. Your focus will be the central part of Germany.

Responsibilities:

1. Foster connections with potential clientele and manage existing accounts.
2. Take the initiative to visit clients proactively.
3. Develop and finalize sales strategies.
4. Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance the current product lineup.
5. Attend various events and trade exhibitions throughout Europe to cultivate and sustain business relationships, while also staying informed about competition and pricing trends.

Requirements:

1. Possess 2+ years of experience in B2B sales within the PV market.
2. Previous experience with microinverters or optimizers is required.
3. Technical understanding of the full PV solution is essential.
4. A well-established network with distributors and installers is desirable.
5. Display highly communicative and collaborative traits.
6. Must be willing to travel locally.
7. Proficiency in both German and English is obligatory.
8. Must be eligible to work in the European Union.
