Energy Storage Sales Manager in Frankfurt am Main

1.Market Strategy & Planning – Develop and execute market strategies and plans for the Asia-Pacific, European, and Americas regions. Conduct market and policy research and analysis, drive product promotion and marketing planning, establish channel development strategies, and take full ownership of sales target setting and achievement.

2.Channel & Distributor Management – Identify business opportunities and empower channel partners; oversee distributor identification, onboarding, development, and relationship maintenance

3.Sales Process Management – Lead the strategic planning, investment decision-making, project initiation, contract execution, and overall progress control for energy storage projects. Manage the end-to-end sales process in compliance with overseas marketing schedule management protocols, and execute TDL-based marketing activity management.

4.Additional responsibilities include customer visits, technical exchanges, contract negotiations, payment follow-ups, and other sales management tasks as assigned by management.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has proven experience in energy storage, renewable energy, or related B2B sales
• Possesses strong cross-cultural communication and negotiation skills
• Is familiar with regional market dynamics and policy environments in the target regions
• Is self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced global environment
• Is fluent in English; additional language skills (Spanish/Portuguese/Italian/German, etc.) are highly preferred
