- Define and execute a company-wide AI strategy aligned with business objectives
- Identify high-impact AI use cases and drive adoption to reduce manual work and improve quality and cycle times
- Deliver measurable business impact through AI initiatives (productivity, efficiency, revenue, faster processes)
- Create reusable AI tools (agents, prompt libraries, governance playbooks) to enable scalable adoption
- Lead AI governance (AI Gremium) to prioritize use cases, allocate resources, ensure ROI and clear delivery
- Operationalize AI with a scalable, governed operating model and lifecycle standards
- Transform workflows by integrating AI into processes with process owners
- Foster AI literacy and an AI-first mindset through collaboration with HR and leadership
- Define and track metrics (adoption, productivity uplift, cycle-time reduction, quality, business impact)
- Ensure secure and responsible AI adoption by coordinating with legal, security, and data protection teams
- Collaborate cross-functionally with senior stakeholders and engineering teams
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 5+ years in AI, digital or productivity transformation with leadership exposure
- Proven track record of scaling AI or automation initiatives from concept to adoption
- Ability to drive measurable business impact (productivity, efficiency, growth)
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across business, tech, and stakeholders
- Solid understanding of enterprise AI (LLMs, agents, automation) with a pragmatic mindset
