Overview
In this role you will lead and coordinate complex Jedox projects for key accounts, ensuring timely delivery within scope. You collaborate with cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders to drive project success aligned with Jedox’s values. You will manage the full lifecycle, from requirements to delivery, while maintaining quality and transparent communication. Your work helps customers achieve decisive, data-driven plans and measurable outcomes. Verantwortungsbereiche
- Lead project delivery for Jedox implementations to ensure on-time, successful completion
- Coordinate stakeholders across clients, internal teams (including R&D) and executives
- Oversee all project phases from requirements gathering to delivery
- Ensure quality and compliance with Jedox standards and documentation
- Organise and manage resources, time, budget, and scope to keep projects on track
- Identify and mitigate project risks with proactive strategies
- Monitor milestones and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders
- Contribute to continuous improvement by feeding back learnings from projects
- Provide backup support for additional initiatives as needed
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 5+ years in IT project management in complex environments
- 8+ years in IT consulting
- Bachelor degree; Master’s preferred
- Proven track record delivering finance transformation projects (CPM/EPM, ERP, BI)
- Strong cross-functional team and resource/budget/scope management
- Solid knowledge of PM methodologies; certifications (PRINCE2, PMI, IPMA) a plus
- Confident with senior stakeholders and operational teams; adaptable communication
- Strong customer orientation with focus on measurable outcomes
- Highly self-driven, structured, and able to work independently in fast-paced environments
- Fluency in German and business-fluent English
