Das voraussichtliche Gehalt liegt zwischen 48000 - 72000 € pro Jahr.
Support to further embed the DORA third party risk pillar requirements through JEG and Branches.
Assist with the development of automation in (DORA/outsourcing) service classification process.
Assist with the development of Workflows for third-party risk management processes (identification, classification, data, documentation/inventories, monitoring, etc.) and manage/facilitate collaboration with other (control) functions.
Assist with the production of process / procedure documents.
Enhance the monitoring framework relating to outsourcing arrangements and ICT services under DORA (including 4th Parties).
First review of all onboarding proposals, onboarding due diligence reviews of services impacting JEG.
Coordinate monthly process of KPI-monitoring submissions by JEG SAOs to JEG Outsourcing and VRM.
Assist with design and enhancement of monitoring and reporting dashboards (e.g. KPI, KRI, incidents, etc).
Assist with enhancing the reporting packs to various committees to allow for more targeted reporting.
Assist with action tracking, logging new actions, and ensuring timely completion by JEG SAO / JEG BU.
Assist with preparation and production of materials / reporting packs for various monthly / quarterly governance committees (JEG and JIL OpCom, JEG RMC, JEG Management Board, JEG Supervisory Board).
Support to identify, classify, and assess (material) sub-contractors to external vendors in the ICT services supply chain (4th-, 5th-, and nth-parties).
Assist with maintenance of the JEG Outsourcing Register, JEG Procurement Register, and JEG Sub-Contracting Inventory.
Assist with preparation of training materials and delivery of trainings to JEG SAO and JEG Business to further embed DORA requirements and refresh outsourcing requirements across JEG.
Assist with regular (annual) reviews / revalidations: JEG Criticality and Risk Assessments.
Develop guidance notes / procedure documents for JEG SAO / JEG BU.
Experience / Requirements
- 2-3 years previous experience working in Third Party Risk Management / regulatory Outsourcing within Financial Services or consultancy.
- Excellent knowledge of EBA Outsourcing and TPRM regulations / TPRM lifecycle.
- Knowledge of EU DORA or Operation Resilience projects.
- Excellent knowledge of process and internal controls design.
- Experience with automatic workflow tools and other automatic solutions in the context of Outsourcing/TPRM is beneficial.
