You will work closely with senior bankers, clients, and other stakeholders to facilitate mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and other corporate advisory services. Interact with clients to understand their strategic objectives, gather relevant information, and support the deal negotiation process. Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including investment bankers, lawyers, accountants, and other advisors, to ensure smooth deal execution. Coordinate due diligence efforts by liaising with internal and external stakeholders, managing data rooms, and facilitating information exchange. Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on regulatory requirements and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations throughout the deal process. Educational Background: Bachelor\’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field. Experience: Previous experience in investment banking, M&A, corporate finance, or related fields is required. Financial Skills: Strong quantitative and financial modeling skills, with proficiency in Excel and financial analysis techniques. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and derive actionable insights. Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely. Professionalism: Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information and interacting with clients and colleagues.
