Your Role
As Head of FP&A, Denmark you will play a key role to drive transformation and financial excellence at our Swedoor Denmark operations. This exciting and challenging role is important in advancing our commercial and operational initiatives, serving as a key Finance Business Partner to the country leadership team. What Your Impact Will Be
- Prepare and present comprehensive performance reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Translate complex data into actionable insights that align with business strategies.
- Drive process improvements and develop a high-performing FP&A team.
- Financial Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial compliance standards, including US GAAP and local GAAP.
- Collaboration with Accounting: Partner with the Head of Accounting to ensure thorough and accurate accounting practices, backed by financial analysis.

- Multi-country Experience: Background in a multicultural, manufacturing environment.
- Financial Acumen: Strong insight into financial drivers and the ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
