Circular Economy & Waste Management Specialist | Quality Management [m/f/d]

Your Responsibilities:

• Operational management of all quality management processes across service operations
• Responsibility for all QM-relevant topics and processes within the facilities
• Implementation and maintenance of certifications (e.g., ISO 9001)
• Participation in and execution of internal and external audits
• Full responsibility for all circular economy and waste management service matters
• Training, education, and instruction of staff in waste handling procedures as well as optimization of waste collection processes considering the objectives of the Circular Economy Act (KrWG); special focus on End of Waste (EoW) criteria
• Monitor compliance with the KrWG, its regulations and administrative provisions, as well as compliance with all regulations derived from other laws related to waste management services
• Independent monitoring and preparation of notification-required processes

Your Qualifications:

• Technical degree or technical training with relevant continuing education
• Initial professional experience in quality management and waste management industry
• Experience in risk monitoring, strong communication skills, and broad technical interests
• Goal-oriented, resilient, trustworthy, and strong in analysis and conceptual work
• Excellent English and German language skills (mandatory)
• Independent working style and proficiency with IT tools are required
