Are you a seasoned expert in architecture, capable of boosting our current team of planners and interior designers' performance? Can you bring in your skills and knowledge to enable them to reach new levels in regards to quality and efficiency? If you believe in transforming spaces to develop the best limehomes, apply to the Team Lead Planning & Design (m/f/d) role in Munich.
Your tasks:
- As the lead of the Planning & Design team, you will substantially contribute to the rocket-engine growth of limehome.
- You will spearhead your team to work on the most crucial projects in a timely manner.
- You will maintain a steady stream of planning capacity and deploy solutions to cover peaks of requests.
- You will be responsible for employing your profound expertise to nurture and cultivate team members, aiming for superior output quality.
- You will bring our digitally enabled serviced apartment concept into various real estate projects in Europe.
- You will remain in continual exchange with both internal and external stakeholders, making certain that all parties are aligned.
- You will be in touch with external experts, to make sure planning is always compliant with local regulations in both, national and international markets.
- You get excited about boosting space efficiency.
What you need to shoot for the stars:
- You successfully completed a university degree with a focus in Architecture or an equivalent qualification.
- You have at least 5 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in Hospitality or related areas.
- Your proactive mindset, structuring, and analytical skills, coupled with entrepreneurial thinking stand out from the crowd.
- You strive in a dynamic and performance-driven environment.
- You have experience in building scalable teams and developing people.
- You are proficient in AutoCAD LT.
- You communicate easily in German and English.
