Do you enjoy coordinating complex projects, working with diverse stakeholders, and turning plans into successful outcomes? /ppJoin our Real Estate Facility Management team as a Senior Facility Project Manager, where you will play a key role in managing and delivering facility and infrastructure projects. /ph3bYour Role /b /h3ullibLead complex facility projects /b: Manage major construction, refurbishment, infrastructure, fit-out, and building-services projects from concept to completion. /lilibDevelop project strategies /b: Define project scope, delivery strategy, governance, milestones, resources, risk-management approach, and success criteria. /lilibManage the project portfolio /b: Prioritize initiatives, assess interdependencies, monitor overall delivery performance, and provide recommendations to senior management. /lilibOwn CapEx and Opex performance /b: Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, business cases, cost plans, approvals, and financial reporting, ensuring effective use of allocated funds. /lilibLead governance and reporting /b: Establish project controls, KPIs, reporting standards, risk registers, decision logs, and escalation processes for senior stakeholders. /lilibManage strategic stakeholders /b: Build effective relationships with leadership, business units, airport partners, authorities, consultants, suppliers, contractors, and other external stakeholders. /lilibLead procurement and contract management /b: Define procurement requirements, support tendering and contractor selection, negotiate or oversee contractual arrangements, and manage variations, claims, renewals, and performance obligations. /lilibEnsure project delivery standards /b: Hold project teams, consultants, and contractors accountable for safety, quality, schedule, cost, compliance, and operational readiness. /lilibManage risks and complex issues /b: Anticipate technical, operational, financial, regulatory, and stakeholder risks and implement appropriate mitigation plans. /lilibOversee operational continuity /b: Ensure projects are planned and executed with minimal disruption to ongoing business and facility operations. /lilibLead emergency and critical-issue response /b: Provide senior coordination during significant facility incidents and ensure timely escalation and resolution. /lilibDrive continuous improvement /b: Establish best practices, improve project-management standards, optimise supplier performance, and identify opportunities for operational and cost efficiencies. /lilibProvide leadership and mentoring /b: Coach facility project managers and coordinators, share technical expertise, and contribute to the development of team capabilities. /li /ulh3bYour Profile /b /h3ulliBachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction, project management, facility management, or a related discipline. /liliAt least 8–10 years of relevant experience in facility, infrastructure, construction, or capital-project management, including experience leading complex projects. /liliProven experience managing multidisciplinary teams, consultants, contractors, and strategic stakeholders. /liliDemonstrated responsibility for CapEx and Opex budgets, financial forecasting, cost control, and investment planning. /liliStrong knowledge of project governance, procurement, contract administration, risk management, change control, and project reporting. /liliAdvanced working knowledge of AutoCAD-Revit and Microsoft Office.
