Do you enjoy coordinating complex projects, working with diverse stakeholders, and turning plans into successful outcomes? /ppJoin our Real Estate Facility Management team as a Facility Project Manager, where you will play a key role in managing and delivering facility and infrastructure projects. /ppThis position is initially planned for a 12-month period, with the possibility of extension. /ph3Main Responsibilities /h3ulliLead facility and infrastructure projects: Plan, coordinate, and deliver projects covering construction, repairs, refurbishments, and new installations. /liliDrive project performance: Manage project planning, reporting, KPIs, and capital expenditure (CapEx) activities to ensure projects meet their objectives. /liliDeliver outstanding internal service: Provide high-quality customer service and functional support to internal stakeholders. /liliCoordinate external partners: Oversee the execution of work carried out by suppliers, service providers, and contractors, ensuring quality and timely delivery. /liliKeep our facilities running smoothly: Coordinate maintenance and building services with airport partners, suppliers, and contractors to ensure reliable day-to-day operations. /liliManage contracts and partnerships: Oversee facility construction and maintenance contracts, including renewals, amendments, and contractual obligations. /liliEnsure value for money: Monitor and evaluate supplier and contractor performance, identifying opportunities to improve service quality and operational cost efficiency. /liliRespond when it matters: Address urgent facility issues and emergencies promptly, ensuring appropriate action and minimal disruption. /li /ulh3What we offer /h3ulliAn exciting and challenging senior role in a dynamic aviation environment /liliVarious opportunities for professional and personal development /liliChance to work on exciting, high-profile projects /liliA motivated and cheerful team that looks forward to working with you /liliOur events are great!
