Enabling global flight, with passion. /p h3bPosition Summary /b /h3 pAs an electrician at Jet Aviation, you work in a shop and play a crucial role in preparing and assembling electrical components for our VIP customer’s aircraft. You work with intricate cable looms and harnesses, ensuring they meet our rigorous production standards and specifications. Collaborate closely with our engineering team to resolve issues and perform modifications, contributing to the quality and excellence of our avionics. /p h3bYour mission /b /h3 ul liAssembles cable looms, harnesses, installs them with electrical components in furniture and ensure compliance with production standards and specifications as instructed by his/her supervision or management on: Cabinets, Credenza, Vanity, Galley, Toilets, Bulkheads, Doors, Cargo IFE Racks, Relays module Panels, Circuit Breaker Modules, Tables, Seat, Divan and Ceiling Shell components. /li liPerforms continuity, isolation, and power checks before delivery to Installation Team. /li liWorks actively and in good intelligence within the Team. /li liPerforms electrical cable looms, harnesses assembly operations in accordance with wire lists, wiring diagrams, drawings. /li liPerforms Integration assembly operations using basic 2D design/engineering drawings, notes, instructions, and process specifications. /li liPerforms dis-assembly operations on Electrical components installed on Ceiling shell components and other subassemblies before finishing processes. /li liPerforms modifications on produced harnesses in accordance with engineering requirements. /li liPrepares parts and component kits before manufacturing process in accordance with drawings BOM list. /li liAssists team members with great experience to enhance techniques of quality workmanship. /li /ul pPerforms other related duties as required or assigned /p h3bWhat we offer you /b /h3 ul liAn exciting and challenging job in a dynamic environment. /li liVarious opportunities for professional and personal development. /li liWorking with the latest technologies and tools. /li liA motivated and cheerful team that looks forward to working with you. /li liOur events are great! We also have lots of fun together outside of working hours. /li /ul h3bYour profile /b /h3 ul liYou have completed an electrical apprenticeship with appropriate educational qualifications (or you have equivalent experience). /li liHaving prior experience in the aviation industry is mandatory. /li liYou read, understand, and draft basic manufacturing electrical General Arrangement plan drawings. /li liYou understand instruction, component manufacturer instructions and ground test procedure. /li liYou have knowledge in various electrical tests equipment. /li liYou bring English skills (A2 level at least), German and/or French is a plus. /li liYou are at ease using computer systems in general (reading 3D plans on software will be part of your daily work). /li liWorking in a fast-paced environment, a high degree of flexibility will be required (willing to work in Shift Pattern). /li /ul pThanks to your experiences and skills, you work independently and meticulously. /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
