As a Production Planner at Jet Aviation, you will drive efficient production through accurate order creation, material planning, and schedule alignment. You’ll collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Production to optimize capacity and implement changes smoothly. Your work underpins high-quality aviation services and on-time delivery across our manufacturing footprint. This is a hands-on role in a dynamic, global team focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence. You will help shape production strategy and risk management in a fast-paced industry.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Create and monitor production orders using the BOM, defining materials, work centers, and labor for manufacturing steps
- Manage purchasing requisitions and material planning to ensure on-time production
- Release and coordinate production orders based on schedules and shop capabilities
- Collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Production to meet schedules with precision
- Evaluate in-house capabilities vs. outsourcing to optimize production efficiency
- Track purchase orders and proactively manage risks to delivery timelines
- Implement Engineering Change Notes and revisions in production
- Update and improve internal MRP tools and processes
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Technical certificate or bachelor's in manufacturing or production
- Strong ability to read technical drawings
- Familiarity with aviation regulations
- Experience with PDM/PLM systems and 3D CAD (Teamcenter, NX, AutoCAD)
- Knowledge of SAP MM and PP is advantageous
- Proficiency in MS Office; Power BI, Excel, or SharePoint a plus
- VBA scripting a plus
