Overview
In this role, you will lead reporting and controlling for our EMEA business, partnering with the regional finance lead to deliver insightful analysis and robust forecasts. You’ll own month-end consolidation under US GAAP, drive reporting for management, and support budgeting and multi-year project evaluation. You’ll work with cross-functional teams across Basel and other global locations, ensuring SOX controls and audit readiness. This is a hands-on, impact-focused position in a dynamic, multinational aviation group with clear scope for influence and growth.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Consolidation and analysis under US GAAP for month-end close and profitability reviews
- Prepare monthly management reports with insights on performance, variances, and forecasts
- Lead forecasting processes and ensure alignment with management
- Coordinate local budgeting and create presentation decks for senior management
- Monitor financial performance of multi-year projects (margins, cash flow)
- Enhance reporting tools to improve transparency and profitability
- Collaborate with Corporate Finance in Basel for Group reporting deliverables
- Support audits and provide SOX controls documentation
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Bachelor in Finance/Accounting or similar
- 8+ years of relevant experience in Reporting and Controlling
- Proficiency in MS Office; advanced Excel; VBA a plus
- Experience with SAP/SAP BW; familiarity with Hyperion
- Knowledge of US GAAP; familiarity with General Aviation industry beneficial
- Excellent German and English communication skills
- Strong financial acumen, detail-orientation, and accuracy
